Vegetable Oil as Diesel Fuel? (not biodiesel)?

I’m not talking about Biodiesel or Waste Vegetable Oil. I’m talking about Straight Vegetable oil, or Pure Plant Oil. Its the same stuff the restaraunts buy to cook with, but you buy it yourself before they foul it up. 50 cents a gallon is typical, and it will run in any diesel once its warmed up (requires a two tank system with regular #2 diesel for cold starting.) I researched WVO (waste vegetable oil) use and it can be damaging if not filtered well. Biodiesel costs the same as diesel in my area(phoenix AZ). Thats why SVO (Straight Vegetable oil) is a better choice. Has anyone actually done this? Not theoretically, but actually, can this really be done and is it cost
effective for a company with a 5 truck home service fleet? We spend $6000 per month on fuel so this cheap fuel thing sounds to good to be true.

Yes! The JR Simplot Company in Idaho ran a some diesel semis on pure vegetable oil back in the 90’s!

In Part I a new definition of connotative name is proposed, in the hope that some misunderstanding may thereby be avoided siiicl the treatment of negative names has been revised. In Part II the problem of the import of judgments and propositions in its various aspects is dealt with in much more detail than before, and greater importance is attached to distinctions of imulality. Wfrty in consequence of this, the treatment of conditional and hypothetical propositions has been modified. 1 have partially re-written the chapter on the existential import of propositions in order to meet some recent criticisms and to explain my position more clearly. A sparse voxel octree (SVO) is a 3D computer graphics rendering technique using a raycasting or sometimes a ray tracing approach into an octree data representation. The technique varies somewhat, but generally relies on generating and processing the hull of points (sparse voxels) which are visible or may be visible, given the resolution and size of the screen. The main point of the technique is that interior voxels are unnecessary, and thus need not be stored. Because it needs only a small subset of the full voxel data a system does not need to process a massive amount of voxel data at any one time, it can extract data from extremely large data sources of voxels as and when needed. The basic advantage of octrees is that as a hierarchical data structure they need not be fully explored to their full depth, and this allows the system to run on current generation computer hardware.
